Activity Log

As part of the research linked to the ALEP, it is important to know how much activity each of you do on a daily basis. Thus, I have developed an Excel spreadsheet for you to use.  I have tried to keep this simple, while still providing enough information to assess both the quantity and quality of the activity you do. Quantity is easy, as we can just use your estimate of time duration.  Quality is based on using the RPE scale to rate what you recall being the average RPE you would report for the activity.

I will show you all how to use this spreadsheet in a classroom format at the start of a typical ALEP session.

For those that do not work with computers, there will be paper versions of the spreadsheet available on the table in the clinic. Simply hand in the completed version at the end of each month.

An image of the spreadsheet table, with sample content is provided below. The Excel file is attached as an added file at the bottom of the page, along with a Word table version you can print for yourself at home if you prefer to fill it in with writing.
